R4 consultants design custom packages to suit different schools’ and programs’ needs, working both in school buildings and remotely, for short- and long- term projects. We meet with administration to schedule coaching and feedback sessions with individual teachers, work with subject and grade-level teams,  and connect with students, parents and community members to improve school quality and student learning.
